Brean Golf Club 8 May 2012 First Avalon defeat of season for Brean The Division Six Avalon League team from Brean Golf Club ended up on the wrong end of a whitewash on their visit to Wells on Saturday. It spelt the end of the unbeaten start to the season enjoyed by both Brean teams up until this point. |

Sand Yachts Regatta on 3 and 4 March 2012. Yachts sailed in near perfect conditions, on Saturday , but unfortunately races were cancelled on Sunday due to waterlogged beach conditions after continual overnight rain.
